Our Shipping Policy states that once we ship your product, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Standard Shipping within Australia  

• Shipping is free for orders worth over $50.00
• Delivery to most Australian cities is 5-8 business days.

Express Shipping within Australia

• Delivery is between 1-2 Business days, and  3-4 business days for WA and non-metropolitan locations.

International Shipping

• Estimated delivery time on standard international shipment will vary and can take anywhere between 5-15 days depending on your location.

• PLEASE NOTE: in our Shipping Policy, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures. This may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
• The customer is responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be required on importation. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Order Processing

• With Our Shipping Policy, orders placed on a business day will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends and other non-business days, will be processed on the next business day.
